Jim Brawdy, a second-generation owner/operator, has spent a lifetime in the commercial and residential construction field and is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality building craftsmanship. Our reputation for performance, craftsmanship and value is highly regarded and has been well earned.
 BRAWDY CONSTRUCTION. Brawdy Construction has grown from a small family business into a thriving multi-million dollar corporation specializing in a wide range of quality commercial construction services. The company employs tradesmen and features eight distinct field crews, each with their own field superintendent. Commercial and residential construction services include Site Excavation, Foundations, Flatwork, and Masonry.
We've been in business for over half a century and have partnered with every major developer and general contractor throughout the Western New York Region. In addition, many out-of-town contractors have called on our expertise based solely on our reputation. We also work with retailers and owners on their projects to meet their specific needs.

MARINE. Brawdy Marine specializes in quality marine lakeside construction. We operate in the Finger Lakes in and around Seneca Lake, Canadaigua, Cayuga and Keuka Lakes. We hit the lakes in 2008 and have projects on all the lakes. We specialize in retaining walls, covered and uncovered boat hoists, dock, deck and patio construction. We build using materials such as vinyl sheet pile, brick, block, stone and concrete. We design your recreation space to enhance your lakeside living.
SAFETY.Every employee participates in an OSHA-certified safety-training course. Field superintendents have taken a thirty-hour training course and field employees have taken a ten-hour training course. Additionally, on site weekly toolbox talks are given, along with spot safety inspections by a certified third party inspector. On site equipment training is also given to employees. Brawdy has a zero-tolerance safety and drug/ alcohol programs.
