Polymaster R501 Dry Foam delivers an R-value of 11.1 in walls constructed of concrete blocks (CMUs). This exclusive foamed-in-place insulation offers exceptional thermal performance that is easier than loose fill, less expensive than wall board, and drier than all other pre-mix products. It is the fastest, most cost-effective system for insulating concrete block walls.

SUPERIOR INSULATION THAT’S EASY TO INSTALL.
R501 Foam is produced from a two-part system of kiln-dried resins and foaming agent. A foam gun injects the product into the concrete block cells, sealing each cavity completely up to a height of 12 - 16 feet. Even the hard-to-reach webbing inside the block is fully insulated. Once the foam is in place, it stays there for the life of the building.
