Executive
At the helm of our operations, the Executive Team which is comprised of Jim Brawdy, CEO, Ryan Glenn, President, and Jennifer Watkins, VP/CFO, provides strategic and operational oversight to our company. As agile leaders, this dynamic team drives our vision forward to provide our internal team, clients, and projects with an exceptional partner.
Operations Support
Our Operations Support Team, comprised of HR, accounting, and administrative functions, provides expertise in managing our people, finances, and project administrative tasks. They ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional results.
Field
Our skilled workforce, including laborers, concrete finishers, form setters, masons, and operators, bring expertise and dedication to performance on every project. With a focus on quality and safety, they ensure precise and professional execution leaving a mark of excellence on every site.
Project Management
Our Project Management Team consists of skilled professionals in estimating, value engineering, project planning, scheduling, and coordination. We ensure seamless execution from start to finish, guaranteeing excellence throughout every aspect of a project life cycle.
Field Leadership
With years of experience and expertise, our Superintendents lead by example. Chief Superintendents, Superintendents, and Foremen oversee projects with unwavering dedication and guidance, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection while ensuring team safety and quality control.
Shop/Logistics
The heartbeat of our organizational prowess, the Shop/Logistics Team, is the engine that keeps our field operations running smoothly. This team consists of experienced mechanics ensuring our truck/equipment fleet is in prime condition, diligent drivers, and equipment operators.
